Energy Calcs are compiled to determine that the home is being built to current energy efficiency standards set by the Florida Energy Code. Manual J Load calculations are performed to determine that the HVAC equipment is sized correctly.

This energy code form is required for residential buildings new construction and additions and includes the Manual J Heat Load.
AHRI Certiticates
Ahri Certificates is a document that will match the air conditioning unit noted on the heat load and is required in the permit package.
