Energy Calcs are compiled to determine that the home is being built to current energy efficiency standards set by the Florida Energy Code. This energy code form is required for residential buildings new construction and additions and includes the Manual J Heat Load.
AHRI Certiticates
Ahri Certificates is a document that will match the air conditioning unit noted on the heat load and is required in the permit package.
